The policies below allow me to furnish a relaxing, positive atmosphere at the best studio in Trinity, Florida

Appointments And Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone at (727) 232-4422 or requested via email at hueandmane@gmail.com. I recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to secure a date and time you find most convenient.

Cancellation And "No Show" Policy

Life happens and I completely understand if you need to cancel an appointment. Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice via phone (727) 232-4422, text, or email.

I allow one appointment to be no call, no show. Any subsequent appointment no show/no call will require payment of 50% of the total cost of the missed appointment before any new appointment can be booked.

Special Orders

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR SPECIAL ORDERS AND HAIR EXTENSIONS. Due to the nature of hair extensions, they are a non-returnable item. The hair is your property, and you may take possession only after all payment requirements have been met.

Children In The Studio

Due to space constraints, I kindly ask that children not be included in your appointment. However, if your child must attend, please realize that space is extremely constrained and their presence at the studio is a safety issue.

Animals In The Studio

Due to State of Florida codes and regulations, no animals of any kind are allowed in the salon (even if contained in a pet carrier). However, service animals are always welcome.

Medical Condition Disclosures

When engaging in any services at the studio, please inform me of any medical conditions including but not limited to pregnancy, extreme skin sensitivities, allergies and any medications.

Protective Clothing Recommendation

Robes and capes are provided for my guests to change into for all chemical treatments. Please be advised that Hue & Mane is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Service Guarantee

I want you to be thrilled with all of the services and products you receive at my studio. All services are guaranteed and your satisfaction is my  highest priority. In the event you are not satisfied, please contact the studio within seven days of the original appointment to schedule an adjustment. Please note that the service guarantee does not apply if the guest changes the look agreed upon during the consultation at the previous visit. In-studio product purchases must be returned  for an exchange only  within 14 days of original purchase date.
